I want to share the inside story of one of my favourite projects — and honestly, one of the most personally meaningful ones I’ve worked on since starting DevMart.
This is how we helped the owner of Skin Kneads, a specialist skin and beauty clinic in Manhattan, New York, tear down the invisible wall between her incredible treatments and the clients who needed them.
A clinic that deserved to be found.
She’d been running Skin Kneads for several years and had built a genuinely loyal client base — mostly through word-of-mouth, referrals, and the kind of results that make people stop their friends in the street and ask, “Who does your skin?”
But online? She was invisible.
Her website was a generic template she’d pieced together herself when she first launched. It looked like a hundred other clinics. It didn’t reflect the warmth, the expertise, or the careful attention to detail that every client experienced the moment they walked through her door.
Every month, competitors with half her skill were winning bookings simply because they looked more premium online. She knew something had to change. So we got to work.
