1. Service Initiation
Once a project begins and the initial payment is made, our team immediately starts work on planning, research, and resource allocation.
Therefore, all initial payments are non-refundable.
2. Project Cancellation by Client
If a client chooses to cancel the service:
- Before work begins:
A refund may be issued excluding administrative/processing charges. - After work has started:
No refund will be issued, as resources and time have already been allocated. - Monthly services (SEO, SMM, Ads):
Cancellation can be done anytime, but refunds are not provided for the current active month.
3. Delays Due to Client
If the project is delayed because of incomplete requirements, delayed responses, or lack of communication from the client, no refund will be provided.
4. Revision & Satisfaction
DevMart offers multiple revisions depending on the package chosen.
However, revisions do not qualify for refunds unless the work delivered is completely outside the scope agreed upon.
5. Subscription Renewals (Monthly Services)
For SEO, Social Media, Ads Management, or any subscription services:
- Payments made for the current month are non-refundable.
- To cancel renewal, notify us before the next billing cycle.
6. Project Termination by DevMart
If DevMart chooses to terminate the project due to unforeseen reasons or limitations:
- A partial refund may be issued only for the remaining undelivered work.
7. Digital Services Clause
Since our services involve digital work (web development, content creation, ads, branding), once delivered, they cannot be “returned,” therefore refunds cannot be issued after delivery.
